Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet entered production. Once production has begun, cancellations are not possible due to the custom nature of our products.
6.2 Refunds
For canceled orders within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund. If an order cannot be canceled, we will offer store credit or a partial refund as applicable.
